research team, whose responsibility was to learn new tools and provide training to other associates and help them to implement
the tools in their projects
-Leading the team for testing of META Modules, Installation of NT & Solaris 2.7/2.8
Servers, Writing & Reviewing of Test cases, training team members to automate testing process and to implement Winrunner
(Testing Tool)
-Project Lead- Writing Test plan, Test cases, Test cases review & Execution of test cases
-Giving training to other business domains associates about testing and the processes involved.

Achivements:
-Trained about 120 associates on LoadRunner and Winrunner
-Derived a formula to calculate the cost
of rework to fix the bugs not found in testing phase.
-Single handedly tested the META module for 6.1.2(new Release)
-Successfully
Implemented LoadRunner on Corillian a US based Banking Company.
-Evaluated Silktest & Silkperformer and presented
a report which helped my company to purchase the Silktest for Automation testing.
